Often we have to share information with clients in a secure and reliable way. We do this by using the new features of Google Apps. Gone are the days when you attached photos, Word Docs, and Excel spreadsheets to your email messages. Now we keep secure file folders of information per client in the cloud. Google Docs allows us to share files, update documents, and collaborate in real-time while editing documents.
It is a huge time saver, and has given us the opportunity to work closer with our clients. When they are happy, we are happy.
